• Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed.
• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. Payment is processed at the time of order.

Shipping & Delivery

• We ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping availability may vary.
• Estimated delivery times are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
• If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us promptly so we can work to resolve the issue.

Returns & Refunds

We want you and your pet to be completely satisfied. If you are not happy with your purchase:

• Contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return or report an issue.
• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
• We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.
