Our products are proudly made in the Midwest. Food and treat formulas are prepared in small batches in facilities that follow strict quality control measures. We adhere to industry best practices to ensure every batch meets our high standards for safety, consistency, and quality. Our manufacturing facilities follow rigorous HACCP (Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points) programs, as well as product and ingredient testing.
Proper Storage and Handling
To maintain freshness and protect food quality we suggest:
- Keep dry food in its original packaging and place it inside a sealed outer container, stored in a cool, dry area.
What not to do:
- We advise against transferring food directly into another container, as our bags are specifically designed to preserve freshness and help prevent exposure to air, moisture, and contaminants. Certain storage containers—especially plastic—can absorb oils from dry pet food over time. These absorbed fats may linger in the container and later affect the food stored inside. Think of how tomato sauce can stain a plastic container even after washing; similarly, residues can remain and impact future contents.
